Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Mrs. Kuntz

This course prepares students for certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), as defined and recognized by the Nevada State EMS Office and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). The program focuses on preparing students to work in the prehospital emergency medical environment.

Through a combination of classroom instruction, skills training, and real-world experiences, students develop the knowledge and hands-on abilities needed to respond to medical emergencies and provide patient care. Students who successfully complete the course requirements become eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification exam.
